It’s that time of year again! Beautiful weather that’s not the traditional Texas blistering heat or the unseasonal cold we have experienced in the last 3-4 months. Easter is around the corner, time to brush off the boys Seer Sucker suits and the girls flowered dresses and ribbons. Frisco, Plano, and Mckinney will host some special events fun for the entire family.
Easter Egg Extravaganza Saturday, April 5th at Toyota Soccer complex, for children ages 12 and under. 9200 World Cup Way, Fields 9-14. Event opens 1-4 PM, Egg Hunt begins at 2 PM sharp. This event is free of charge. You will be able to enjoy bounce houses, face painting, and photos with the Easter Bunny. No strollers are allowed on the field. Incase of rain event will be held April 12, 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM at Warren Sports Complex Egg Hunt beginning at 9:30 AM.
Spring Festival, held at Heritage Farmstead Museum. April 19, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Egg hunt for children 8 and younger. Children will enjoy feeding chickens, milking a cow, and taking a wagon ride around the facility. Tickets are $5/person. For more details and pre registration (see link below).
Tired of every Easter Egg Hunt being about the kiddos? Plano will hold the first ever Adults-Only Evening Egg Hunt, Wednesday, April 16th. Hundreds of eggs will be hidden in the dark at Heritage Farmstead Museum. Eggs contain prices such as gift cards, coupons, and more. Doors open at 7:15 PM, Egg Hunt begins at 8:00 PM. Easter Egg-Stravaganza held Saturday, April 19th 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at Mckinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch. This event is free to the public. Egg hunt for children under the age of 10. Enjoy inflatables, games and activities, petting zoo, and trackless train.
